Website Support Packages

How does it work?

We take a bespoke approach to every client and will recommend a monthly retainer to support your website beyond its launch.

By securing our time every month, we keep your website consistently updated, which stops it from growing old and protects your investment. This can include troubleshooting issues and bugs, adding new plugins, improving your website speed, and making sure your website is compatible with new browsers.

The result is a website that provides a seamless user experience and continues to evolve alongside your business.

An extension of your team.

Lasting relationships are built on transparency and trust.

Have you ever wondered what the f*ck your website designer is actually doing? Not here.

We never want our clients to feel out of touch with their website or misled when it comes to their support retainer.

We have crafted our transparent processes over the years, so that you are constantly up-to-date at every stage of your project, and know what your support budget is being spent on.

That’s why every retainer client has an individual dashboard where all their tasks are tracked. You have full transparency on what we’re doing and when we’re doing it, you can add your own task suggestions, and you know exactly where your retainer is being spent.

Your own maintenence dashboard.

We promise to respond to all emails and messages within 24 hours.

Your business is growing rapidly – so your needs are always changing. Being ghosted by your website design agency simply isn’t an option.

We communicate fast so you’re always in the loop with how your website is developing, you can share ideas, and your questions are always answered.

Long term website support.

The information you need to know:

We can offer training for in-house marketing teams that want to make basic website changes - for example, creating news articles, updating images or adding new text.

For more advanced technical work that will be beyond your internal knowledge, we recommend you have a retainer in place with us so we can complete the tasks and keep your website running smoothly.

We know your needs can change, so we are flexible with our retainer setup.

If you don’t use your retainer in one month, you can carry the hours over or stockpile hours towards larger tasks.

If you have a busy month followed by a quiet one, you can easily use the second month’s hours in advance to make sure all of your tasks are completed.

If you consistently need more of our time to complete website updates, then we can easily scale up your monthly hours and create a bespoke package that suits your needs.

Each of our retainer clients gets their own website maintenance dashboard. This lets you see at a glance which tasks are being worked on, deadlines, who tasks are assigned to, and when they have been completed.

Of course! You can add your own tasks and rank them by priority. This lets us complete your most important actions as quickly as possible.

Generally, our clients will need different tasks to be completed at different times of the month. We work flexibly and can complete your maintenance work at any point in the month, to make sure you are getting as much out of your retainer as possible.

We check all of our client’s websites regularly, and we also have monitoring set up so we get a real-time notification if something goes wrong.

If you notice an error before we do, let us know and we’ll jump on it immediately to get it ironed out as quickly as possible.
