DESIGN TEAM:

START needed a website that gave them their own identity, separate from the High School of Glasgow. As the programme grows, the site had to do more than just look good – it had to attract and convert new schools, partners, and mentors into getting involved.
We kicked things off with a full rebrand with Ciaran Keenan, creating a bold new logo and colour palette. At the same time, Emma Greer shaped START’s story with fresh copy that captured their mission and energy.
We tested colour palettes through single-page prototypes before landing on a vibrant blue and pink combo that set the tone for the brand. From there, we built a user-focused site with clear journeys for each of START’s three key audiences: Schools, Mentors, and Partners. Each has a dedicated space tailored to their needs, alongside shared pages that showcase START’s impact and make it easy to get involved.
Since launch, START has more than doubled the number of schools and mentors taking part in just four months.
